The Entrepreneurial Accelerator Program offers mentorship programs designed to accelerate your idea,
product or existing business into a thriving company quickly by providing intensive startup support.
Our team of mentors will work alongside you, working on everything from the business plan and model,
market and financial analysis to prepping you to receive funding, such as angel investment.

Louisiana Small Business Development Center (LSBDC)
LSBDC offers no-cost confidential business consulting and affordable workshops to new entrepreneurs
and existing business owners in northwest Louisiana. You can register for training or request a
consultation.

InterTech Science Park
Sponsored by the Biomedical Research Foundation of Northwest Louisiana, InterTech Science Park is
an 800-acre urban science and technology park located in Shreveport, Louisiana USA. InterTech’s
long-term goal is to establish northwest Louisiana as a nationally recognized technology center.
Working with InterTech to achieve this goal are eleven north Louisiana higher education partners
coordinated by the Consortium for Education, Research and Technology (CERT). The Park is physically
located to take advantage of the sizeable medical and research infrastructure represented by Louisiana
State University Health Sciences Center and three private medical institutions, all adjacent to or
within InterTech. InterTech provides its tenants with access to academic facilities, researchers, core
equipment laboratories, animal care, multi-tenant wet lab and office space, land for building, venture
capital, business planning assistance and financial incentives.
Small Emerging Business Development Program (SEBD)
Funded in part with a HUD Historically Black Colleges and Universities grant, SUSLA’s business
incubator provides support to fledgling businesses by reducing overhead during the start-up period
and providing business related services.
Louisiana Tech Enterprise Center
The Enterprise Center will be a central partner in a thriving economy of high tech companies and
creative enterprises that support quality jobs and improve the quality of life in our region. As the
primary business support and development outreach are of Louisiana Tech University, LaTEC is designed
to facilitate and promote the growth of new and existing business ventures in the innovation enterprise
throughout the I-20 corridor of north Louisiana.
